I can confirm that this patch indeed fixed the problem on my computer when I installed it.- 9/13/16 - Microsoft rolled the excel patch into their Windows Update for the month. They also said "R&D team has investigated this matter and logged a New Issue for it to be repaired. Did you guys remove the origianal KB's that started this problem back in July?
