I'm pretty sure my software is not out of date - this is a brand new Dell computer that is less than a week old. I have some old BB OS versions I'd like to delete but cannot. Both Windows Vista and Windows 7 systems have a pre-installed Memory Diagnostics tool. Everything else seems to be fine so I assume that I can just ignore the 2738 error or is this something I need to look into further?
