I would suggest using the Outlook /clean switches before taking such drastic steps. I just setup a new 2nd user and they can sync everything both ways except for adding items to her Outlook calendar from her blackberry. But I cannot create on BB and it syncs to Outlook.  Any ideas? If I set the showDialog parameter to True, then yes the error is avoided.
