I had the same error after virtualising an ancient Windows XP physical machine. Hyper-v Integration Error 14101 Make sure the environment variables, specifically the TEMP and TMP variables point to an existing location. Once I did that Hyper-v manager was all happy again.
When in Hyper-v manager connect to a VM you want to upgrade Integration services. but you know what? (silly me) I was looking on the wrong temp folder before.
