If you are getting this issue on your local environment (Visual Studio debug runs), check the IIS Express config file. Find and open the file Global (maybe you'll find 2 files, open that dont have ".asax.cs" extension), and edit the line of error with correct path. So i right clicked it and Manage Virtual directory > Advanced Settings > convert to Application changed the icon of virtual directory to a green earth icon.
